Q: How to connect the smartwatch with smartphone?
A: Scan the QR code on the watch/user manual or search and download the "GloryFit" app from the iOS App Store or Google Play.
Ensure that the do-not-disturb mode on the watch is turned off. Bring the watch as close as possible to your phone and turn on the phone's Bluetooth.
In the "Devices" interface of GloryFit, click on "Add Device" → "Select Device" → "Connect Device."
Q: Why can't my smartwatch receive notifications from my phone?
A: First, you need to pair the watch with the corresponding phone app(GloryFit). And, in the app settings (GloryFit), allow notifications from the specified phone app.Please make sure to also enable notification permissions for the app from which you want to receive alerts in your phone settings. In attention, disable the "Do Not Disturb" mode on the watch.
Q: Why is the weather information not syncing between the watch and the phone?
A: Due to varying weather data sources in different regions, the watch and phone weather info may not sync in some areas. This is not a problem with the watch, and it remains fully functional. We'll address this in future firmware updates.
